You can order online through our secure server and shopping cart at Yahoo! or you can call in your order toll free at 1-888-295-7650. Either way we guarantee the security of your order.

We accept the following credit cards when you have a billing address in the United States: Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Arrangements can also be made for payment by money order, wire transfer, and personal check

SHIPPING INFORMATION

General Information  UPS, FEDEX, and other delivery services, except the U.S. mail which does move mail on Saturday, don't ship or move your packages on weekends or holidays. So, when counting the days for an expected delivery, don't include the day a package shipped, any weekend days, or any holidays.

Product Availability We try to ship the same day if the order is received early enough but most orders ship within 24 hours except when placed late on Fridays and on weekends. If an order doesn't ship within 24 hours you will be notified by telephone and email if that information is provided accurately. If a correct email address isn't given an order can be canceled or delayed.

Shipping Methods Step 2 of the ordering process asks you to choose the method of delivery you want. Most methods are represented, however, if you have a preference not shown, contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Shipping Restrictions UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers will not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's but the United States Postal Service does. You will have to request USPS delivery in the "comments" section of the ordering process as there aren't any automatic shipping tables available. We will then contact you as to what the charges will be. You can also call us ahead of time and place the order by phone toll free 1-888-295-7650.
    UPS, Fed Ex, and other carriers also will not deliver without a contact telephone number, so be sure to include a legitimate contact phone number with your order. Orders without proper contact information will often either be canceled or delayed.

Charges You will see the total shipping charges before you authorize the billing to your credit card and you will also have the opportunity to go back and change the method of shipping as often as you want to see what each method will cost you. Only when you are satisfied with the method and authorize the charge will you be billed. At any time through the shopping cart process you can cancel the order. Even after the order has been placed but before the product has been shipped we will be glad to cancel the order for you, no questions asked, just call toll free 1-888-295-7650
