VOLTAGE CONVERTERS HARDWIRED OR CORD?

Most voltage converter transformers are cord connected but some are hard wired. Hard wire is required for some of the larges transformer voltage converters because they cannot get enough power from an ordinary 15 or 20 amp circuit. These higher watt transformers must be wired directly to a breaker panel and fused accordingly. These same voltage converters usually have their output voltage hard wired also.
